Rolando Borja -Trujillo

Founder and CEO

Rolando Borja Trujillo was born in Cuernavaca, Mexico, and relocated to Minnesota in 1991. He graduated in 1988 with a master’s degree in Graphic Communications from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).

 

A business entrepreneur since 1995, Rolando founded Integrated Staffing Solutions (ISS) in March 2010. Initially established as a local staffing service provider, Rolando transformed ISS into a model that addresses the challenges faced by industries struggling with low unemployment rates and a shortage of skilled labor in the Midwest. By focusing on recruiting talent exclusively from Puerto Rico, he created a win-win situation for employers and employees alike, fostering economic growth not just for businesses, but for communities at large.

 

Under his leadership, ISS has gained recognition in the Wall Street Journal and other prominent business publications, earning a reputation as a socially responsible enterprise. In 2024, ISS became Talent Identifying System.
